Self Finishing instructions by Planet Earth - 

• Measure canvas to make sure it fits into the opening, prior to finishing
• Photocopy image and insert into opening to check the size
• You may need to stitch additional rows, only so your design fits within the opening
• Trim canvas within 1 or 2 rows of design
• With scissors, score protective covering, and peel away to expose sticky area
• Center canvas and press down, from the center to the edge
• Tuck canvas under leather, using a flat blunt instrument
